During this phase, our team offers consulting services for oversight, asset management, reporting, and best practices. At BackStory, we place the highest importance on the due diligence process to ensure thorough and informed decision-making.
Compliance
The BackStory team assists with FINRA Advertising submissions and reviews and stays current with regulatory shifts to remain in line with compliance best practices.
Marketing Services
We provide clients with high-quality sales materials, investor presentations, regular fund updates, and detailed quarterly reports with commentary as standard offerings. Our Marketing Services team, with a keen eye for detail, is highly skilled in delivering information to a global audience.
Sales Education & Support
The BackStory team excels in sales support, helping our partners with product distribution both domestically and internationally. Additionally, we are allocating resources to strengthen educational initiatives, offering enhanced support to our partners' sales teams.
Client Relations
Our dedicated Client Relations team provides personalized service to our growing base of investors. We maintain relationships with custodians and work with sales representatives to ensure all subscriptions are processed in good order and in a timely fashion. Additionally, we provide access to tax forms, historical data / information and assist with proxy voting.
