She manages daily operations for the Capital Markets group, supporting capital raising, investor tracking, and transaction execution. Nicole coordinates with transfer agents, custodians, sponsors, and counterparties to ensure efficient deal flow and compliance.

As the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, she handles executive matters with discretion and provides high-level administrative support. Nicole graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, is a licensed Realtor and Investigator; and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.
